Smy Help Desk: easy, quick, smart

The SMI after-sales assistance has been updated to provide quicker, more efficient customer service. From today you can contact our after-sales service team
in three different ways:
SMYCALL


By calling +39.0345.40255 you can create a new request for assistance or return to one that has been requested previously. Following the guided menu you must choose the type of machine that you need assistance for, key in your machine serial number and then key in your telephone number. You will then receive a reference ticket number which you need to take note of, and you will be contacted as soon as possible by a customer service technician.

ON-LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT


Log into Smypass using your credentials, click on the section “Request for technical support online”. A new page will open with a form to be completed with the details of your request for assistance. Once it has been filled in and sent, you will receive an email with your reference ticket number and it will be dealt with as soon as possible by a customer service technician.

SMYCHAT


Log into Smypass using your credentials, click on the section “Smychat” to communicate with a technician via chat, this way you also have the opportunity to add images or other attachments. Write “open” if you already have a reference number or “new” if you want to start a new request. Then key in: the serial number, type of machine and your telephone number. You will now be put into contact with a technician; if all the technicians are busy, you will be recontacted as soon as possible.

Through this system you have the possibility to communicate with the technican who is specialised in your machine

In Smypass there is a subscription for priority assistance, which, apart from giving you priority, will allow customer service to intervene through remote connection

The system puts the customer in the middle: the assistance reference number will give the customer the possibility to communicate with the technician until the problem has been solved

These services are available twelve hours a day from Monday to Friday (7.00-19.00 Italian time GMT+1) and Saturday from 7.00am to 12.00pm Italian time GMT+1)
